Update an existing List

The new name of the list to get updated.

The type of list being created. Currently only "static" is allowed

The new description of the list to get updated.

The list will be moved to this folder. If not specified then it will remain in the folder, where it was created.

It can be "private" or "public". If not mention the permission, the existing value remain unchanged.
